We endeavour to work with courier companies that can deliver the most cost effective and optimal delivery times to suit your needs. There are some times when we are not able to control these expected timeframes due to seasonal demands or other ad-hoc events out of our control. Should any of these factors occur and we foresee this may affect the below delivery times we will immediately contact you upon receipt of your purchase notification to inform you and will work with you on an agreed solution.
Please note that our courier companies may not be able to deliver to PO Box of Private bag addresses, a physical address is the preference for ease of delivery.
We use a track and signature service for all our standard deliveries. Should you require “express” or other courier related services please contact us and let us know prior to completing your order (at check out) and we can arrange a quote accordingly so it can be factored into your final purchase.
Below are the delivery (timeframes) guidelines of your purchase from the time you receive your order dispatch notification from us.

Europe 1-5 Business Days
USA / CANADA 8-12 Business Days
REST OF WORLD (Including Australia and New Zealand) 10-15 Business Days
For seasonal occasions the above timeframes may differ and we ask that you order in advance so as to avoid delay and disappointment.
We aim to dispatch your purchase within 48 hours upon receipt of your order.
All orders are tracked, you will receive a tracking number and notification email once your order has been dispatched.
If there are any foreseeable delays we will contact you immediately.
International customs clearance
Please note that there may be additional delays in the event that your purchase is held for (receiving country) inspection at customs. Items shipped across international borders are subject to international standards and customs clearance. In most countries the customs department is responsible for monitoring international borders and implementing its country's regulations. While present in all countries, customs regulations and requirements vary from country to country for which we have no control over. Please ensure you are familiar with the terms of custom clearance in your country and are aware of the relevant charges where applicable.
Vertigo Artography will not bear any liability with relation to the individual countries customs clearances, process, timeframes, charges and associated taxes.
Special request’s / urgent delivery
Should you require special delivery / urgent delivery (outside of the above standard delivery time frames as mentioned) or you require your purchase by a certain date please contact us or email us; firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order so we can discuss suitable options with you.
Damaged goods received
We take great care in ensuring your art purchases are packaged and protected as carefully as possible during shipping. Prior to receipt from the courier and before signing for your delivery please check the item(s) and advise us immediately (contact us) if there is a problem. Depending on the severity of the damage you should refuse to accept the package from the courier, take photos where possible of the damage and send evidence to us.
You may want to take note of the below steps prior to receipt of your purchase;
If there is visible damage to the outer packaging (protective cardboard envelope or tube roll) please open and inspect the contents to see if the artwork is affected. Please contact us immediately, take photos as evidence and decline to accept the package.
We will provide you with advice on what to do with the damaged goods and its packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy
All damage claims must be made immediately or within 7 calendar days on receipt of delivery.
