Two hands, ringed, bracelets catching the light, the hands of someone who knows exactly what they are doing work their needles above a dramatic gorge. Below them, a waterfall cascades down the rock face in the way waterfalls do, with total commitment, with the full force of everything that has been gathering upstream. Except this waterfall is yarn. The needles are working it, row by row, stitch by stitch, the water becoming fabric as it falls, the whole magnificent rush of it emerging from the craft of two human hands as though this is simply how waterfalls are made and always have been.
