Two women in 1950s summer dresses, one green, one pink floral, stand on a grassy hilltop. One has binoculars. She is using them. In the valley below, where a river or a lake might reasonably be expected, there is instead an enormous pink strawberry ice lolly on a wooden stick, melting gently into the landscape, its base dissolving into a pink pool that bleeds into the horizon.
